About these terms
These terms apply to anyone enrolling in a course run by VasuPixel, operated by VasuPixel, Munirka, New Delhi, India. By enrolling you accept them.
Enrolment
A place in a batch is confirmed once the first payment is received. Batch sizes are limited, so places are allocated in the order payments are confirmed.
Fees and payment
- Fees are quoted directly, by phone or in person, and are confirmed in writing before you pay.
- Payment is by UPI or bank transfer. We do not accept cash for course fees.
- Fees are payable [monthly, in advance / as agreed].
- Keep your payment reference — it is how we match a payment to your enrolment.
Refunds
We want you to be sure the course suits you before you commit, which is why the one-week demo is free.
- Before the batch starts. If you withdraw before the first paid class, any fee you have paid is refunded in full.
- First two weeks. If you withdraw within 14 days of the first paid class, the current month's fee is refunded in full.
- After two weeks. The current month's fee is not refunded, because your place in the batch was held and the classes were delivered. You will not be charged for any later month, and you keep permanent access to the recordings of every class held while you were enrolled.
- If we cancel. If a batch is cancelled by us and cannot be rescheduled, every fee you have paid for undelivered classes is refunded in full.
To request a refund, message us on WhatsApp or email contact@vasupixel.com with your name and the payment reference. Approved refunds are returned to the account you paid from, normally within 7 working days.
Refunds are not given for missed classes where replays were made available, or where a student's computer cannot run the required software — please check the requirements below before enrolling.
Classes, replays and rescheduling
- Classes run live on Zoom, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 6:00–8:00 PM IST, over twelve months.
- Replays are posted within about two hours of each session, and your access to them never expires.
- If a class has to be cancelled at short notice, it will be rescheduled or replaced with a replay and written feedback.
What you need
You are responsible for having a computer that can run the software taught on this course. ZBrush and Substance 3D Painter in particular are demanding. Please check your machine against this before enrolling — we cannot refund fees because your hardware cannot run the software.
Minimum
- Windows 10/11 64-bit, or macOS 12 or later
- Quad-core processor (Intel i5 / AMD Ryzen 5 or better)
- 16 GB RAM
- Dedicated graphics card with 4 GB VRAM (NVIDIA GTX 1650 or equivalent)
- 60 GB free disk space, SSD strongly preferred
- Stable broadband for a two-hour live Zoom class, three evenings a week
- A graphics tablet is recommended for sculpting and texturing, though not essential to start
Comfortable
- 32 GB RAM
- NVIDIA RTX 3060 or better with 8 GB VRAM
- 1 TB SSD
- A second monitor, so you can follow the class on one screen and work on the other
If you are unsure whether your computer is suitable, message us before you enrol and we will tell you honestly.
Software licences
Course fees do not include software. You are responsible for obtaining your own licences, whether free, trial, student or commercial. We do not supply, share or endorse unlicensed software.
Your work and our materials
You own the artwork you create on the course. Course materials, recordings, demo files and written notes remain the property of VasuPixel and are for your personal learning only — please do not share, resell or republish them.
We may show your work on our website or social media only with your permission, and you can withdraw that permission at any time.
Certificates
A VasuPixel Certificate of Completion is issued to students who complete the programme. It is awarded by VasuPixel and is not a government or university accreditation. Each certificate carries a unique ID that we can verify on request.
Careers
The course prepares you for junior roles in 3D character and game art. We do not guarantee employment, interviews or placement.
Conduct
We ask students to be respectful in classes and in any shared group. We may remove a student for abusive behaviour or for sharing course materials without permission. In that case the current month’s fee is not refunded, and no further months are charged.
