What we collect
We collect only what you give us directly:
- Your name, phone number and email address when you enquire about a course
- Messages you send us on WhatsApp, email or through this website
- Enrolment details if you join a programme, including payment reference numbers
We do not collect card or bank credentials. Payments are made directly by UPI or bank transfer, so your financial details stay with your own bank or payment app.
How we use your information
- To answer your enquiry and share course details
- To enrol you and run the classes you signed up for
- To send you class links, replays and schedule changes
We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with advertisers or data brokers.
Student work
We display student work on this site only with that student's permission. If your work appears here and you want it taken down, email us and we will remove it.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for 12 months. Enrolment and certificate records are kept for 5 years so that we can verify a certificate if an employer asks.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@vasupixel.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
